REPRESENTATIONS

INTERNATIONAL ARMOUR® issues Representation Certificates to companies or individuals strictly on a project-specific and market-specific basis, and in accordance with applicable laws, internal compliance policies, and operational requirements.

Any representation document not included in this list as “Valid” shall be deemed non-genuine, unauthorised, and without legal effect.

No Representation Certificate shall be construed as granting any general, exclusive, permanent, or implied authority beyond the explicit terms and conditions stated therein.

Furthermore, any Representation Certificate bearing the designation “Cancelled,” “Revoked,” “Expired,” or otherwise withdrawn shall be deemed null, void, and without legal effect.

In this case, INTERNATIONAL ARMOUR® expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any actions, statements, commitments, or communications made by any entity on the basis of a cancelled, expired, unauthorised, or improperly used Representation Certificate.

Verification of the validity and current status of any Representation Certificate must be obtained directly and in writing from INTERNATIONAL ARMOUR®.
