L42 USV: Long-Endurance Autonomy for Next-Generation Offshore Survey

The L42 Uncrewed Surface Vessel (USV) is a next-generation offshore survey platform engineered for hydrographic surveys, geophysical surveys, offshore wind farm inspections, and pipeline route mapping.

With 8-day endurance, over 1,500 km range, and multi-sensor integration, the L42 delivers high-resolution ocean data with lower risk, lower cost, and significantly reduced carbon footprint.

Redundant Hybrid Propulsion - Always on Mission

The L42 is a catamaran fitted with four independent electric outboard motors and two generators.

Steering is achieved through differential thrust, so the loss of any single motor does not result in a loss of maneuverability, the remaining motors provide sufficient turning moment to maintain safe control.

Flexible Multi-Sensor Integration

The L42 features a modular mission architecture supporting dual moonpools, dual auto lifters, an SVP winch, a towing winch, and multiple mounting interfaces. This enables fast integration and maintenance of hydrographic and geophysical sensors, including MBES, SBP, SSS, USBL, ADCP, and more.

Advanced Control

Purpose-Built for USV Operations

The in-house USV control system provides reliable autonomous navigation, real-time situational awareness, and seamless mission planning.

Designed specifically for USVs, it ensures continuous updates, expanded functionality, and long-term operational stability

L25 USV: Unmanned Surface Vessel (USV) Dedicated For Marine Hydrographic And Geophysical Surveys.

L25 USV At A Glance

The L25 unmanned surface vessel (USV) is a flagship product with extensive field-proven experiences.

It’s designed for hydrographic and geophysical surveys, offering comprehensive data collection for pre- and post-installation, site investigation, pipeline inspection, and seabed characterization, which are essential for offshore construction and maintenance.

Balanced Performance

High-Speed Agility & Extended Range

The L25 integrates 2 independent diesel outboard engines and a 3.5KW diesel generator, delivering 10kn high-speed capability with superior operational performance even in Sea State 3.

Its endurance is expandable to 130h@4kn with two additional 50L fuel tanks, ensures uninterrupted long-range operations.

Practical Combo: Deck Gear for Most Missions

The L25 integrates a towing system for towfish deployment and a mid-hull auto-lifter—a streamlined combo that meets operational needs for most users.

The tow system enables autonomous towfish deployment, while the auto-lifter safeguards instrument wet ends and expands payload capacity.

With multiple mounting positions and deck gears, the L25 unmanned vessel can carry 2-4 wet-end payloads simultaneously

Integrated

Multi-Network Communication

The communication system can integrate four networks, which supports both daily and emergency communications. satellite communication is optional for safer long-distance operations.

M40P: Unmannaed Surface Vessel (USV) Dedicated For Marine Hydrographic And Geophysical Surveys.

M40P USV At A Glance

The M40P is a 4.5-meter-long catamaran USV featuring hybrid propulsion, crafted for inshore and coastal surveys.

It offers remarkable stability and efficiency, ensuring reliable data collection in various marine conditions.

Hybrid Power System: Smart Diesel-Electric Efficiency

The M40P integrates 2 electric outboard motors and a diesel generator-powered range extender a smart solution that charges onboard batteries via the diesel generator, combining the efficiency of electric propulsion with the convenience of quick diesel refueling.

For high-precision survey missions, the diesel generator can be switched off to deliver a quiet, zero-emission environment, ensuring uninterrupted data accuracy.

Flexible Deck Gear

Essential Lifter + Upgrade Winch Options

For extended needs, an optional auto winch adds deployment versatility.

The M40P includes a standard auto-lifter for equipment wet-end installation and protection its hydraulic folding design minimizes navigation resistance and saves deck space, with a 50 kg load capacity.

Catamaran Hull Structure with Optimized Stability

The USV’s catamaran hull and vertical inner hull surfaces offer exceptional stability and effectively mitigate wave impact, thereby creating an ideal working environment for underwater payloads.

Exceptional Maneuverability to Mitigate Blind Spots

Featuring a dual-engine setup, M40P offers superior maneuverability with a small turning radius.

he USV can navigate agilely between turbine foundations with precision, ensuring no blind spots in inspection.
