PRO:ZERO P-TOP CREW TRANSFER
Tuco Marine Group has added the new 9,3-meter P-top design to the ProZero series.. The low-weight, semi-open design results in a faster workboat that has a larger operational range and extended working time on sea. The P-top features a protective P-top console solution and flexible seating arrangements which can accommodate up to 12 passengers or a full deck cargo.

The first new P-top in the ProZero line is the 9,3-meter P-top featuring double outboard engines, although water jet or Z-drive propulsion systems are also available. The boat is delivered in a special P-top configuration featuring a protective full-beam console with front window and closed roofing. The sides and aft on the P-top can be closed off with canvas sides for further comfort and flexibility.

Tuco has been working closely with highly experienced workboat clients to ensure that the new design, layout and functionality profile will fulfill the demands for semi-open and flexible boats in a market that is growing.

The 9,3-meter P-top is followed by siblings in different sizes. A 7,99 and a 10,5-meter version are the first sisters to join the P-Top programme

The ProZero 9,3-meter hull provides for a very stable ride and will take on rough seas with confidence. Fast operations in rough seas are only limited by human constraints.

The 14m subsea survey boat is designed to accommodate workspace for 2 subsea specialists in addition to the helmsman’s workstation.
The design enables efficient
surveys under changing weather conditions and the hydrodynamic profile of the hull minimizes turbulence that can interfere with the highly sensitive measuring equipment.
The advanced sonar equipment is recessed into the hull structure to protect it against adverse conditions.
The equipment includes high-performance sensors and processors that can capture the signals, manage multiform data streams and constantly produce and store high-quality information that truthfully represents the sea floor.
The cabin has been designed with acute attention to ergonomics and working environment.
Noise insulation ensures comfort and easy communication under all operating conditions and the layout have been organized to facilitate workflow coordination, both during the missions and during transport to and from the sites.
The cockpit layout is arranged to maximize the use of state-of-the-art operations management equipment and electronic aids for situational awareness.

REMOTE CONTROLED WORKBOATS

Tuco Marine Group introduces remote controlled navigations systems for the ProZero Workboats.

To offer autonomous self-piloting ProZero boats.

Working together with Sea Machines, Tuco Marine Group can now provide the ProZero series, delivered with a system that makes the vessels autonomous and remote controlled.

The system can be embedded into a wide variety of boats in the ProZero series, making them self-piloting, increasing productivity and keeping personnel safe from potiential harm.

At the current time Tuco Marine Group offers the system in the:

Prozero DCW 9 m Arctic workboat
ProZero DCW 15 m ROV Support vessel
ProZero 11 m Patrol Vessel
ProZero 11 m Pulling drone

But as the system is easy to embed into any ProZero vessel, all of the boats in the ProZero series have potential to become a self-piloting vessel.

The new system, called RC NXT, can be incorperated into an existing or newly build ProZero model.

With the RX NXT installed in the boat, it can be controlled wirelessly from shore or from a mother vessel.

Possibilities with an autonomous vessel.

"The Command System, provides PLC-based wireless control of the workboat and is well suited for day-vessel operations such as workboats, tugs, and launches operating within 1000 m of the pilot.

The Autonomous Navigation System, uses vessel-based sensors and proprietary algorithms to give the boat a degree of self-awareness, enabling her to efficiently self-motor from point-to-point while avoiding active and passive obstacles or collaborate in tandem with another vessel."
